Ready to Cheer for the Sumner Storm???

Sign up now for the 2019 Sumner Storm Cheerleaders.  We are pleased to announce we have new coaching staff this year and are looking forward to an exciting season.  Cheerleaders will practice twice a week, for 1.5 hours.  Cheerleaders are not required to provide the league with physicals, but because practices and games are outside during the summer months, we encourage parents to consult with their pediatrician to ensure your son or daughter is healthy and able.  There are no district requirements for cheerleaders (as there is for football), so no proof of residency is required.  Sumner will provide uniforms including a shell, skirt, and bloomers to all cheerleaders.  Parents are responsible for providing shoes (no required color or brand).  Cheerleaders will cheer for ONE game each Saturday.  They will rotate cheering for 8U, 10U, and 12U.  Games are on Saturdays, usually late morning or early afternoon, and an occasional evening.  Home games are at Southern High School, and some travel will be required for away games (typically less than 60 miles).  

IF YOU ARE NEW TO THIS SITE, you'll first click "Register" in the top right corner.  You'll enter your information as the account holder, and you can add additional account holders in this step (spouse, grandparent, etc - they'll get an invite to join the site, and they'll receive all the correspondence as well).  You will get a confirmation email for creating an account, BUT YOU ARE NOT FINISHED YET!!!  Next, you'll register your child as a participant, and you can register multiple children in this step.  After you register them, it should show that there is a program available for them, and it will automatically enter them into the age division appropriate by their date of birth.  If you want them to play up an age division, please register them in their assigned division first, then email us to let us know to manual move them.  Playing up is ONLY allowed in certain situations, and those MUST be approved by all directors.  If you have any problems with this process, please email us at and we can help you.  ALL REGISTRATION WILL BE COMPLETED ONLINE. 

The registration site does not collect the registration fees.  To pay your registration fees, you will return to this site, and click the link below.  You will be redirected to where you can use a debit or credit card (you do not need a Paypal account).  Due to an overwhelming amount of difficulty collecting registration fees in the past, players will not be assigned a team if registration fees are unpaid.  This is a common practice in ALL other organizations.  We are sorry we are not able to make any exceptions this year.
